Shindigs' goal is for our food to benefit and nourish everyone it touches. Our menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavor combinations prepared simply yet creatively. Items are subject to change based upon availability. Some of our "nourishing facts" on Shindigs' Catering Truck are as follows:
- Beef and chicken are humanely raised on ranches with open pastures
- Truck-made veggie items are organic, gluten free and vegan
- Our sweet potato buns are custom made at Continental Bakery
- Fries are cooked in rice bran oil, known to be one of the healthiest frying oils in the world & hypoallergenic
- Use Low-glycemic agave nectar and local honey as our sweeteners
- In-House yogurt instead of mayo/aioli for creaminess; can have all dairy cooked out
- Seasonal produce is sourced from local farms committed to sustainable practices
- Menu items contain no corn syrup, no hormones, no antibiotics, no added trans-fats
